IBVT is proud to be a partner in BIO4PURCONTI, a newly launched EU-funded research and innovation project dedicated to developing the continuous production of bio-based aniline: a key chemical building block for more sustainable industrial manufacturing.
The project brings together a strong consortium of leading European universities, research institutes, and industrial partners, including Covestro, to advance innovative technologies for the sustainable production of renewable chemicals. By replacing fossil-based feedstocks with bio-based alternatives, the project aims to support the transition toward a more circular and climate-friendly chemical industry.
As a project partner, IBVT contributes its expertise in biotechnology and bioprocess development to help accelerate the commercialization of sustainable chemical production technologies.
