Yannic Mast, former PhD student at IBVT, has been honored with the prestigious Industrial Bioprocess Award 2026. The award is presented by leading chemical and biotechnology companies organized within the “Bioprocess Technology” panel of DECHEMA.
The Industrial Bioprocess Award recognizes outstanding scientific achievements and innovative contributions in the field of bioprocess technology. Since the award was established in 2018, this marks the third time that a PhD researcher from IBVT has received this distinguished recognition.
The award ceremony took place during the DECHEMA Himmelfahrtstagung on Bioprocess Engineering, where the participating members of the IBVT team; Sidharth, Samuel, Antonia, Ralf, Jonas, and Mario, personally congratulated Yannic on receiving this year’s prestigious honor.
